Project Name: Site Modification & Completion

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS PROJECT NO EXCEPTIONS:

A. This project is ONLY OPEN TO THOSE WHO HAVE DONE THIS TYPE OF PROJECT ALREADY.YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH EXISTING CODE.

B. This project will be completed in sections. Each section will have an escrow amount assigned to it. When a section is completed and uploaded to the site the escrow will be released and the next escrow will be uploaded for the next section. This process will continue until the project is completed.

C: please submit and estimated cost of each modules and a project total.


This project is for modification and completion of an existing website.

Please provide your estimated cost for each module below in your bid to be considered:


Module 1- Signup
1.Integrate new layout – PSD provided
2.Complete Signup process
3.Integrate PayPal subscriptions options. There will be a free member sign up as well.
4.Make sure that information captured at signup populates the member’s profile.
5. Define and manage access to site depending on the members membership. If the member ship is free there will be limitations on the users abilities

Module 2 - Member Profiles and Management
1.Integrate new layouts – PSD provided
2.Completion of Member Profile pages and User Management and design on the profile.

This should work like the typical MySpace profile.

Module 3 - Notes
1.Needs Layout integration – PSD provided
2.Some minor programming may need to be completed

Module 4 - Chat Install- The Chat application we will be purchasing comes from http://www.fijiwebdesign.com/products/ajaxchat-the-joomla-ajax-chat-solution.html please review this application. I am open to suggestions on other products that may be better. The application has the option of opening chats in a pop up, new window or same window. We will want to do this pop up free so most likely it will be same window.

Module 5- My Friends
1.Integrate new layout – PSD provided
2.Reminder Note should be a pop up box accepting text only 500 character max. Preferably Ajax (see My Friends-Reminder Note.psd)

Module 6- Groups and Forums – PSD provided
1.Some Layout modifications
2.Some minor bugs and programming to be completed.

Module 7- Completion of Site Management


You can log into the site with the test information above. Please divide your bid into these sections and respond with the dollar value for each module. A few layout .jpg have been uploaded so you can see the layout changes.
