Description: Hi,
I'm looking for a custom simple cms with template system. Code must be separate from templates as I will make my own templates afterwards. It must use htmlarea or fckeditor and be WYSIWIG for any admin with little or no web experience. Must have the ability to select templates in admin area and edit template files from within admin area.

I have tried over 40 cms systems and none have what I'm looking for. One of the simplest ones that I really liked but didn't have a good editor was the Quick.cms. I need the simplicity of Quick.cms with a htmlarea or fckeditor.

Alternatively if someone can incorporate htmlarea or fckeditor into Quick.cms for me then that might be considered.

I would like to see examples of your CMS work. Please do not bid if you can not show me examples of simple CMS systems you have created or modified.
