Description

1) User receives an email with a personalized URL

2) URL takes them to a website that says "Happy Xmas <name>" and list of Xmas wishes (see 6) (<name> and <email> can be passed in the URL

3) User is invited to submit an "Xmas wish" (text field)

4a) On submit, user receives an email copy of their wish, and advice that the Xmas wish will be posted to the site once it has been moderated

4b) Copy of user's Xmas wish sent to moderator

5) Moderator approves Xmas wish and adds to Xmas wish database (probably CSV file which they FTP to server - no complex CMS required)

6) Site scrolls content from Xmas wish database


ADDITIONAL) There may be a Send-to-a-friend (STAF) mechanism (to be discussed)

Job to include CSS/HTML/PHP build from Photoshop originals, email integration etc. We will arrange for hosting


SHORT TURN-AROUND required: 5 days from project start
