Description: Dear freelancers,

I am required a design that knows CSS, JavaScript, & PHP/MySQL. I need a website design for me based on http://www.neubreed.com.au website. My company is a "Website Design Company" but I do not have enough time to design my website.

The requirements are as follows:
- Easy to Manage/Update
- Must be viewable with IE & Firefox
- All PSD, Fonts, and FLA files must be included (all layers must be included)

I know we have a small budget but we will have more work in the future. Please contact us VIA PM. All contact must be supplied also.

All information will be copyrighted to use too. LOGO included.
