Description: php/mySQL website (with javascript) - not too complicated - not many sections.
-Uses SMARTY template engine preferred

Looking for someone with good english communication, friendly and will stay with buyer until the project is satisfied.

Website will have a login system with different access levels:
1) Customers
2) Distributors
3) Suppliers
4) Admin

Once logged in, customers will choose Category, eg. furniture, tools and then will show a list of suppliers. Once from there, customer will choose to add to shopping cart, and arrange CONTAINER ARRANGEMENT. This is NOT a shopping cart website.

I have already hired another person who is using AJAX to do the drag-drop functions and container arrangement (which is most important). This project is to setup the rest of the website, eg. login, menu, header/footer, category pages. etc.

Layout:
I have already purchased
http://www.templatemonster.com/oscommerce-templates/11760.html for similar website, therefore the colour scheme should be alittle similar.
I need a professional look such as: www.northface.com

Please send me some different versions of designs/colour schemes to choose from.

Once I have selected a freelancer, I will communicate DAILY with them and go through each page of website.

MOST IMPORTANT: I need someone who codes well and professional so that I CAN TAKE OVER the website once completed. Please show me your coding style if you can.
