**Please read entire description before bidding.

This is a quick & easy poject for an intermission (or interstitial) ad script that does the following:

1. When a user on my website clicks an outbound link (a link to a different website) they will be taken first to a page with an advertisement. I will create the look of the advertisment page. I just want the script to take them to this page.
2. Then the advertisement page should automatically redirect them to the link they clicked on in 15 seconds. And there should be a cookie to only do it to a visitor once.

That's it. Easy and quick project. I will insert the code into the pages if the script calls for it. It's very similar to what the advertising company Linkbucks.com does. If it will be easier to just make it so there is an iframe used and I can insert the ad page of my choice in the iframe, then that is ok too.
