Description: I have a website www.noticiascristianas.org is a news website, and I want that any webmaster can put my news on rss in their webs, like this website has this option http://www.noticiacristiana.com/news/main.php?module=1

I want someone to design a rss reader in flash that updates by itself from my rss files and that accept the spanish characters , any format like the one I showed you above.
