Description

As discussed, tasks are:

1. Setting a Poll as default in Poll Manager updates the javascript id# to insert the default poll on homepage automatically

2. Make default poll always appear on top of all polls on Poll Results page

3. Format the Poll Results page so it appears similar to supplied screen sample provided, and appears similar in all browsers (/MacarthurPoll/view_Results.php?id=?)

4. Allow the formatting/style of Polls to be controlled from the Poll Manager. New homepage design has caused a static format for all Polls as they now ignore the styles set in the Poll Manager

5. Add the ability to include which polls are displayed on the poll results page via a selection box in the Poll Manager screen

6. Format the /act_Vote.php screen so it appears similar to the supplied screen sample provided and appears similar in all browsers.
