Description:	I need a website review site created for me. It doesn't need to be too complex, but i will list the basic needs below. Needs to be broken up into these categories: Grade A B C D F Unrated Users need to be able to view sites by grade, or all. Users need to sign up to rate the websites. When rating each site, they need to list the date they completed the site, how much they were paid, the rating they would give the site, pros and cons of the site, and if they would do it again. Users can only review sites 1 time per month. When a site has 5 ratings, i will be able to change its grade manually from the "admin side". There needs to be a section to read reviews about each website, which a non-member could access. The admin side needs to allow me to add sites, move sites up or down, delete sites, delete members. I DO NOT WANT A PREMADE COOKIE CUTTER SCRIPT. A basic layout for the website is perfectly fine. Thank you! Jared
