Description

I need someone to redesign a single page website and amend the CSS and PHP to the new design (new design must work using Firefox 1/2 and IE 6/7). A submenu bar has to be added to the right side of the page. All Google ads should be adjusted to match the overall theme and blend into the page as much as possible.

Here's an example of the website (http://xn--particulier--particulier-67b.com/), and i've attached the CSS.
