Description

- Should be a PHP site
- Should use AJAX to filter properties, incase the javascript is disabled, should prompt normal dropdown boxes.
- User should search property and then contact the person who has posted the add.
- User while posting can pinpoint location Google maps (Mashup)
- User should be able to upload images and video about the property
- All posts must be validated by the moderator.
- Page track is essential.
- Every registrations and important steps, user should be notified by email.
- User should be notified the system progress in a decent graphical way for example loading can be indicated in a circular motion, similarly for searching etc.
- Individuals in one section and Agents and Builders together on a different section. These separation should be cleary visible
- No tables should be used, CSS styling only.
- Highly formal appearance.
- Grid view and List view should be available along with sorting by date.
- Even guest users should be able to save property and should display it to them when they return back.
- RSS to receive daily updates.
-The page name should be separated by ‘-‘ only. Ex: listingofitems.php should be listing-of-items.php. no underscore ( _ ) shall be used.
- Use lightboxes for images and videos, no popups.
-After add is posted. Give the URL were the user can see their Advertisement. But, below it there will be a Note saying that ‘Thank you for your advertisement of your property. One of our moderator is viewing your advertisement once it is validated, Your advertisement will be online within next 12 hrs.’
- User friendly property search
- Cross browser compatibility – I.E. 5,6,7,8 , Firefox 2,3 , Google Chrome, Opera and Safari.
- Easy User registration
- Easy User navigation and customer journey
- Send SMS to individuals
- EMI calculator

Offer Rules
- People can post their advert as offer and should specify an asking/starting price and a offer close date.
- Other registered users can give their offer for the property.
- When a offer is closed, the final user who asked for the highest price as well as the owner of the post will be notified by email about the outcome.
- We will not be involved in any of their process further.
- If the user fails to purchase or was a false offer, The owner of the posted property can Black mark the user, in which case we should be notified and the account owner will be sent a warning email and will be shown as “Warned member” means he did not buy the property which he asked for initially. Second time if the Warned member does the same mistake his account will be deactivated permanently.

- Save property for registered as well as guest users
- Any property can be sent to a friend.
- Should be able to print the property details in a printer friendly format.
