Description:	I need my current website http://www.section8hudhomes.com to be upgraded. I have several ideas but I have a template already. To began I list properties for disabled, elderly and low-income peolpe searching for properties available with Housing Vouchers. I know a good deal about web design but I do not have the time nor the knowledge of php or databases to program the site the way that I would like. I have played with the template and css to get it to appear like I want but any comments would be appreciated. This is the basic look of the site www.section8hudhomes.com/calendars/testit.htm as you can see I have places for the quick search, the featured listings in the center (6-8 random listings) and also in the left column a spot for the register, sign in/out and email listings. At the top I have a spot for the Find by ID but that can be moved to another area. This is another variation of the template http://www.section8hudhomes.com/calendars/testit_2.htm but allows for space for the quick search and map. As you see the left column is the same I just moved the quick search to the far right. Since this is a rentals only site I would like any results in the listings to say rent amount instead of price and include deposit amount in the property features and advanced results search. I would like to use the script provided by this site http://phprealestatescript.com/premiumplus/index.php I basically want the database driven Browse by state (in the center under Browse), the most popular listing text on the left side (not mandatory) and the ability to have the Find by ID. (if not to much you could make it like the drop down menu on this page http://ajrealtygroupinc.com/public/rentals.do to allow for address and keyword search) I want the property photos to be in flash format like the ones in the example- http://phprealestatescript.com/premiumplus/detail.php?id=19 with the ability to have the local area information included ( I don't need the weather and movies links on the right of that page). Instead of the google map on that script I would like to have a google map like the one on this site http://www.thesarasotamls.com/gmap.php with the property picture showing once you click, the picture would then link to the listing page. ( or another option would be the mapmuse map at http://hotdotrealty.com/durrani.php thats shown once you choose a property, whichever is easier and faster to replicate.) I would like the Quick search but since we list properties nationally I would want city and state to be in the quick search. When advanced search is clicked I would want it to appear similar to the choices on this site http://hotdotrealty.com/durrani.php with the search results to appear similar to the results on the coresponding page (meaning the basic property info like photo, subdivision, style, br and baths, rent, garage, zip, and agent name. the photo gallery and map would not be needed since they would be shown on the property detail page). Another example of the advanced and quick search can be like this one http://hotdotrealty.com/ on the right. There is a tabbed search that has you pick state then city/county then other choices on this page http://www.realliving.com/Search/Default.aspx that would also be a choice as a space saver. (of the 3 choices the tabbed would be my choice) You can also make the property detail page have a tabbed menu like the one under this property http://www.realliving.com/Property/Details.aspx?PropID=3508671 except remove nieghborhood and add the local area info, contact owner,email a friend and send to fax/phone tabs. This is to allow for more space on the page, this feature is not necessary but is desired. If not just make it anchor to the info on the same page instead of another page. I also would NEED to have the feature of being able to send the property info to fax and phone like the way he has it on this site http://therealestatescript.com/demo/detail.php?fatherID=34&TypeID=44&ListingID=6 (another script by the same person). Included with this script is a credit system for me to make listings paid and/or free and charge whatever for certain packages and lengths of time listed. THIS IS THE MAIN FEATURE I MUSt HAVE! I would need this embeded in an admin section like in the script. I don't need a advertising area since I can do that myself. If I can have it to where the property owner can go in once the package is paid for, and upload there photos and generally post the property immidiately then please allow for that with the ability for unlimited photos. I was told this was included in the script but I am unsure if it was for the php script or the script with the 'send to phone' feature. Also if you can make it to where some of the features such as browse by state and interactive map are embeded in an external page like the example on the http://www.section8hudhomes.com/calendars/testit.htm page where I call up another page in the ajax tab. (click on program tab for example) then it would be easier for me to change the template as needed. The browse by state (with realtime database count) would go under the browse tab and I could remove the current map to allow for the google map. Sorry this is so long but I wanted to be as descriptive as possible to make sure you understood whatwas needed. The person who was going to install the script was too high for me so he recommended this site. I am doing this service on my own for a good cause and I'm in the process of becoming a non-profit so I cannot afford over the $300. I can make the page work around the script to minimize your programming time but i would like the features I described. To sum it up these are the choices for property detail page, http://ajrealtygroupinc.com/public/listingSingle.do?listing.listingID=384895# or http://phprealestatescript.com/premiumplus/detail.php?id=19 same format just aligned alittle differently and the first allows for agent box with photo, contact #'s & other properties link). The send to fax/phone is mandatory and the flash photo feature with rent and deposit amount and agent contact info is mandatory. I would like the property info not to be on seperate pages but in tabbed area like http://www.realliving.com/Property/Details.aspx?PropID=3508671 or either anchored on the same page. Also mandatory is quick search and advanced search (must have state/city/county ability) feature with rental range instead of price. Would love it tabbed like http://www.realliving.com/Search/Default.aspx to save space but is not necessary. Also Mandatory are the my account, save listing, sign in/out and register feature. The Find by listing ID area can be anywhere but is mandatory to the site. The Credit payment feature and ability to make my own packages is a MUST. It must have Paypal like the one in the script but can also feature 2checkout or another payment source if it is included in the script. If the features I described can be done with out me having to purchase the script seperately then have you install and do the other stuff, that would be welcome as well. I would like this site up and running within a weeks time. Thank you.
