Description

We are an established mortgage company that will be offering free web sites to Realtors. We need to create a single web site that we may duplicate with minor color and text changes. The site will include the following features: MLS Search, Email new listings, featured listings, Mortgage Calculators (we will provide), Contact Us, Home Valuation Form, Area Community Tours, Seller Tips, Buyer Tips, Reports (we will provide), fliers (dynamic pdf files), and a Relocation Form. The site must email and text message the realtor and us when a form is filled out. The information stored in the database must be accessed through an admin. We need this web site to promote our web site, the goal will be to provide the realtor with a very good web solution while at the same time promoting our web site and increasing our organic search results. The web site will be different for each user by simply switching the values in a cascading style sheet. The details of the owner of the site must be changeable in the admin as well. We want the Realtor to be able to customize the site so we don't have to. The sites will be hosted on a Linux server that we own. The database will be MySQL. The language will be php. Our in house software development team will assist throughout the project.
