Description

I have a csv of all of the area codes and exchange prefixes in the US and I need a way to have a form validate against that and throw-up javascript alerts if they dont match what is on the list. The only 2 stipulations I have are: 1) I need to use the csv exactly how I download it so I can download a new copy every so often and upload/replace the old one. 2) It has to validate before the submit and be easy for me to "plug and play" so I can use it on many different forms.
