Description

Need a picture upload module for my webiste. The site is for company listings and I am looking the give registered users the ability to add pictures for listings.
This needs to work similar to "add photo" on yelp. com
In admin I need settings:

Enable user upload pictures: On/Off
Setup number of flags before image status changes to pending.
Image gallery upload needs admin approval: on/ off
Flag numbers to go to pending: NUBMER
Email notification to admin if new picture uploaded: yes/no
Email notification for user if picture removed: yes/no

Registered users should be able to report Inappropriate photos. after NUMBER of flags picture status should change to Pending and not show on the website.

Images will have the following statuses:
Flagged Pending
Flagged approved
Pending
Approved

In admin:
A page for picture moderation needed where admin can search for pictures by company name/ picture description/zip/category
Sort pictures by date uploaded, page pagination
and change status of images.


If admin deletes a picture an automatic email will go to the user to inform him that his picture was removed. Email tempaltes are available in my script.

For serious bidders that can be considered for this work I will show an older version of this application working.
