Description

Our company has developed a PHP commercial application. We are currently running a beta test with few customers. We are looking for highly experienced PHP / Javascript developer, with strong experiences in AJAX implementation, in order to improve our application and help us implement new fatures.
For this job, we are looking for a professional programmer to develop the underwritten project and start a long term relation in order to help us in growing our project. For the first part he/she will help us to develop some future and improve the code we have already developed.

First project

We need to improve our software with the integration of a document manager with Ajax capabilities.

-Upload / modify / cancel documents.
-Determine file type and mask / block not allowed file
-Rename document, move to different folder, copy and paste
-Automatic thumbnail for images
-Tree Folder manager, file system like (create folder, sort, tree,...)
-User Permission (view, copy, download)
-Search and filter, by name, type, folder, ...
-Document browser with list, detailed, thumbnail views

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

We already have a rough application without AJAX functionalities already integrate in our application.

We can provide a demo application to evaluate the project.

We are really interested to create a long term working relation.The seeken developer needs to have:
-Strong Written and Spoken English Skills
-Communicate directly by phone / Skype
-Fullfil deadline and keep commitments (mandatory!)
-Provide documentation in english for all development done
-Provide full commented code with debug tools in english
-Provide service and support to the developed codes
-Provide suggestions and advice for improving our sw or/and implement new functionalities
