Need php Article script Updated.

I have a simple article script that needs updating.
The script is written php. This script currently allows people to submit articles via a simple website form.

Because the script's submit form is open to anyone, I occasionally get a lot of spam articles.
I want to do a couple of updates to this script.

1. I currently use amember pro, a system that manages users which is a different script on the same server.
2. When a user register with the amember pro system, I need a section created for the specific so that they can submit articles, see pending articles list, and see approved articles list, all while login via amember. The pending articles and articles information are all stored in database. Also While they are login, they can only submit articles but not edit approved articles and pending articles.
3. Also if possible update the article admin section to show in the article list, which users submitted the article in the list. Basically showing the username on the article list.
4. And one last feature, the ability to suspend a user from submitting articles.

I want to also continue to use my site template which is already themed with current member script.

For this project, it requires a skill database and php expert to make this easy and efficient.
