This is a very simple job that may turn into a
larger job that will pay more if you can do the
phase #1 according to "my" instructions.

Basic knowledge of how random numbers are created
or generated, how to award credits, how a lotto
ticket works, and redeem credits, are required.

You must know how to code a php/mysql website from
scratch and must know how to handle .tpl files and
classes. If you dont know what .tpl files are then
dont bother bidding.

Layout, structure, design, and scripts will be
supplied to you.

The budget for this phase 1 job is $60 as its a very
simple project that will not take long for a coder
to do.

You will be paid only when the work is done and
fully working, no escrow will be made I have a
perfect feedback rating as a buyer and that speaks
for itself there..
