Description

I am looking for web developer for Phase 1 of a new project ASAP.

Short engagement, with successful delivery to continue
onto next phase of project and additional work.

The task in Phase 1 is to implement a Data Grid and a Tree using the Ext JS library.
The data source is MySQL/PHP.
The Tree displays a three level hierarchy (folder-subfolder-files).
Rows from the data grid are added to subfolders in the Tree via drag and drop.
Files of subfolders can be moved or copied to other subfolders.

Functionality and layout already exist in 1. an application and 2. a simple PHP/HTML website.

Developer should critically advise on pros/cons of suggested Ajax solution and
if better solutions compared to Ext JS are available.

Developer must be able to answer our "Is it possible to do a,b,c with Ajax?" questions.

Good written skills in english are required.

You should have a feel for user interface design (Phase 2 and 3).

You will work directly with our senior application and web programmer.

If the required functions can be done with another Javascript library like jquery etc. let me know.
