Description: I need a couple of functions added to an existing website where a picture can be uploaded from a path on the computer so that the uploaded picture, a name of the picture, the person's name and a description can be stored in the database. Need an admin area where the 2 names, uploaded picture and description can be reviewed, then reposted back to the website. It's a simple project and I can explain it better with the website after accepting bid and need it within 2 to 3 days.
