Description:	Hello! I want a VERY limited online image editor that does the following: 1. Get an image for the background (fixed position). 2. Upload an image (logo) that is shown as an overlay over the background image. 3. The user should be able to: move, resize and rotate the overlay image. 4. when user is done, the application should merge background and the overlay image as it shown at the moment. In adition I want this online Editor should also able to use the paint bucket to fill solid colors with a chosen one of the overlay image AND the background. This can be either done in Flash (client side) or in JS/DHTML/AJAX/PHP. We do prefer the JS/DHTML/AJAX/PHP solution as it would not need any hassle with plugins. But if you can do it in Flash it is no problem either.
