Description: We would like to set up an online system to manage recruitment process for various websites.
the system would work as follows :

on the recruiting website (for the applicant) when he goes to "jobs" section
- Online jobs list (can be sorted etc.)
- Application form (for each job)
- 10 random Questions with auto rating (see zohochallenge.com) (for each job)
- Reference entry (people that can testify for applicant)
- Picture + document + Video upload

For website manager :
- possibility to add a new job
- Change application form
- Set up question quizz and a rat
- View the applicants video
- Send them an email (based on few online meeting / refuse / more info)
- Check references (system emails reference names given by applicant to ask them to write few lines comment + rate applicant on few subjects)
- Sort received applications by various criteria
- Set up newsletters/notes (to be sent to job applicants)

For admin
- Manage access to system
- view all applicants (for different websites)
- Approve ads/applications
- grant access rights / subscriptions of websites managers with various business models : (free for a period / pay by applicant / pay by ad / pay by time / access to general database)
- Send request for update to job applicants so that they can update info

As an option we also would like to install video chat
We are interested by using a similar system that exists already
