I need someone WITH EXPERIENCE AND FEEDBACK TO PROVE IT (DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE AND FEEDBACK) to create me a site like this one: http://tinyurl.com/3drrcj

No design needed, I take care of designing it. I just need the PHP scripting part.

I need it to be the same concept, but a bit different so it does not show an exact copy.

It must have an admin panel, with all the functionality that are judged needed and important.

I am taking the best bid with the best feedback and experience.

The project should not take over 15 days to be completed fully and tested.
