I dont like google.....

I am seeking a programmer to develop a specific Keyword research engineSite to search all available Keywords and return keywords in a defined set of search parameters.

What server capabilities are needed to start?
Also a payment system like adwords should be integrated

For the websearch I like the way - http://www.exalead.com/search/ - does it, nicely with a snap of the webpage.

For the other results the sources of information must be collected from web pages, online catalogs, skype, icq, web-based price databases, portals which stores data in different structures and other databases
