Description: I am looking for a question and answer site that is basically a clone of yahoo answers, just in English. This is a new site and does not integrate with any other site. There will be a user registration in order to post and answer questions.

The design will be similar to that of yahoo answers too. There might be some additions and subtractions from the example site.

The site should be clean, efficient, and built to minimize queries and put as little stress on the database as possible. The bidder should have a wide range of programming experience in PHP, Mysql, AJAX, HTML, Javascript. Samples of work need to be provided. If you have done a script like this before please included sample.

Payment will be 25% up front, 25% half, and 50% upon completion. I prefer paypal but might consider GAF.
