This is the theme i use in my wordpress, its a paid theme and i bought it, i have the right to use/mod it, please have a look at it: http://www.press75.com/on-demand-theme-demo/

The mod/plugin i'll need is for the post section.

As you can see the theme already have a plugin that allow you to embed a video on the top of the post page, thats the place i will need the mod.

What i need is something like this for the embeded video: http://www.watchanimeon.com/bleach-episode-242/

I need the "Source 1" "Source 2" "Source 3" and so on, for embeded videos.

I must be able to add embeded videos (of course) or text on each "Source" section.

On one of the "Source" setions there is a special feature i'd like it to have, something that will capture a feed from a certain site(s), not actually a feed, i will need it to capture certain links from certain sites Also those links will need to be filtered, i will need only specific links from a specific page of that site, but the filtering will be an easy task. I'd like to be able to set an "Update Time" so it keeps refreshing and grabbing those links from this specific page of that site. So basically this special featured "Source" section will display lots of links captured from certain webpages and it is automatically updated. I will tell you what sites it will need to grab links from via PM.

All "Source" tabs must have a report button, so people can report broken links/embeded videos. If possible, i 'd like it to have a report button for each of the captured links (on the special featured tab).

I'll probably need a control panel on wordpress Dashboard that will allow me to manage the reported tabs/links.

Thats basically it, further details will be discussed by PM.
