Hi, I have an enrollment form in my website that needs to be fixed. Originally was done by someone but for some reason is not working.

Form needs to be fixed and tested. All inforamtion should go to an specified email address or more. after form is submitted, thanks you page should come up.

I have expiriance with forms (but who doesn't). I can spare 30-60 min for your form (I think more than enought time to fix it). First: may I see the form and eventualy error/problem? Send me url at PMB. And specify please what is "and more" in sentence "All inforamtion should go to an specified email address or more".
