Description

We are looking for a web designer who is good at GC HYIP PRO template.

BASIC requirements:
1. You must be familiar with GC HYIP scripts and its template structure (use smarty), also you own these scripts and will work on it.
2. You must be familiar with Javascript, CSS, Flash and Smarty.

MAIN requirements:
3. Splash page should be in a blue tint, with logo of a couple earning money
4. Make sure the look and feel of the members area and admin
area doesn't look anything like GC.

Please give me the demo or idea when you bid this job.
The escrow will be done once we satisfy with your design (you may show it on your site or copy screen to us).
The payment will be done only when all related files is sent to us (maybe include these files: .psd or .png, .gif or .jpg, .css, .js, .fla, .swf, we'll setup it in our scripts)
