Description: Need a website with exact functionality like the following two sites:

The backend/fronend/design doesn't matter that much and can change, but need the exact functionality.

PS: Please check ALL the sections of the sites specified to make sure you know what you're bidding on. Don't bid if you're not sure about the work required as i am in no mood of explaining things to someone who doesn't know what work they're getting into.

IMPORTANT FOR ALL BIDDERS:

I am getting all kinds of bids where bidders are not checking the project requirements on the sites specified and are bidding blindly.

Please be advised that this is a serious project and I would like anyone who bids to check out the sites specified in details to know what I am looking for. Any blind bidders will be ignored as i don't want to get into explaining things and wasting my time doing that. Want anyone selected, to be completely aware of the work required. Also, would like to complete this in stages (section wise). Each section would have a specific time frame in which I would want it completed. Hence it becomes very important to check all the sections, their functionalities and then bid accordingly.

If I am not able to find any proper bidder here, I would not hesitate to take this project elsewhere as I need this done ASAP.

We have found an alternate solution to our requirements (A similar already online website has been bought and hence we would not be requiring this project any longer.
