Description

PSD design is complete, need it sliced and coded into a live site and need it completed immediately so if you are not able to start work right away PLEASE do not bid. JPG attached for you to view.

Site has a main page with the header repeating on all pages - fairly simple design, only a few mouseover effects on buttons and top menu navigation. Contact page has simple 3 field form, 3 other pages with one having a pdf from that is to be printed or downloaded from the click of a button - static JPG of form on site to VIEW (order form is NOT active, does not get filled out online, no online ordering at all).

Would prefer the site be completed in PHP. The site must match 100% the look and design of the PSD including all mouseovers, text look, links, and be functional and compliant - should display and work properly in IE, Firefox, Mozilla, Opera and Safari.
