I need a link manager script to be done. This is required to manage resiprocal links for SEO purpose. I need this script to be done in PHP mysql and AJAX.

I have attached detaild document with all the required features. Please take a look at it and bid.

Please also note that, this is just a test inhouse project for me. If the programmer is good, I will pass on couple of more projects.
