Description: Hello everyone!
I URGENTLY in a need of a CSS/PHP oriented header for http://208.109.196.27/ , We want that the background image should be stay when the link behind that is clicked.and it should stay untill or unless anyother link of that navigation bar is not clicked.And is the same with the links under that blue bar we need.

Please! dont waste your and our time to bid on this project if you are not able to do that.Thanks
