Description:	I need html or javascript code which will rotate 4 different affiliate websites and set an invisible popup so that it only shows my affiliate cookie once every 7 days for that user. The code must do the following: a) Rotation must be based on Load impressions, and then redirects on a ratio. For example 1 in every 8 hits will throw the affiliate cookie in, the rest will show one banner ad by itself. Once all 4 cookies have been dropped everything will stop for 7 days for that user. b) There are 4 different Banner ads and they need to be invisible 1 pixel. c) Block a certain ip address so the code won't run if a certain ip visits the website. d) Needs to be encrypted in html, javascript or php. (obfuscates the code so someone looking at the source wont be able to see the call to the affiliate page) e) The popups must be invisible if you cant do that you can try iframes. I need the working code within the next 24 hours. Please tell me your price.
