Description

I currently have a small monster.com clone job search website that employees and employers can use to post jobs and find a job. Also on this website i have a craigslist like classified section where these users can also post products they have for sale or to buy.

However, this website does not look very up to date graphically and visually, it does not draw the eye of my intended demographic and basicaly I need someone to improve this current website with a newer web 2.0 and creative look to it.

Whoever feels they have the ability and skills to do this please let me know, I will send you the website address of my website and see what ideas do you have for improvement. The developer I feel with the best ideas and strategy I will pick them for this project, thank you.
