Description:	Attached is a php file with a form that has two mutliple select fields. The left one would contain a listing of available email "templates" retrieved from a MySQL database. The right one would contain selected or "Added" ones. (DB Table Schema will be forwarded to selected provider. It's a very simple table, on 6 fields.) Basically, the page should work like this: -user comes to the page, selects multiple options in the LEFT select box, then clicks add. -the options should appear in the RIGHT select box, AND be removed from the LEFT select box. -if the user wishes, he can repeat the action with the remaining options in the LEFT box. -To remove a selected option from the RIGHT select box, he highlights the options and clicks the remove button. This removes the options from the right box, and they appear once again in the LEFT select box. If the user clicks OK, the options in the RIGHT box are stored in session variables.
