Description: Hello Developers,

I am looking for an individual or company to put my website together. I have most of the graphics already designed (logos, menus, etc) I would like to have someone put it all together for me. I need the site to be very simple to navigate clean and professional. I would like to use CSS for the styling and JavaScript for other effects. This is Phase 2 of my site and if things work out well there is a possibility of working on Phase 3 as well which will involve a back end management system. I will send the graphic files over the to the winning bidder upon agreement.
