Description

Using osc with mouseover image effect.
I need my current mouseover popups restyled.

Last programmer never finished and just left me hanging.

I want my mouseovers to look sleek with rounded corners and possibly a nice fill effect.

A perfect example of what I would like them to look like can be seen here:

Notice that the tiny white corners of the mouseover are not transparent.... so if mouseover popup is over a dark background... you can see with little corners.... I need this fixed.
