Description:	The project will be to clone the jobsite monster.co.uk and all it's functionality for both job seekers and employers. In additon and administration section should be included in this build, to perform such functions as. Monitoring usage. Adding resume and job posting credits. Manage accounts, both users and employers. etc etc. more details on request. A more detailed spec will be provided. This will eventually be a replacement for our current site OilRecruiter.net If you are interested in this project please link to other sites you have worked on. We want this site to be very smooth and simple in operation )for job seeker, employer and admin)as the current website we have does not provide this. Take a look at some of the nice controls and apps included within the monster site. All graphic and design work should be included in the price. When quoting your price please be aware that the spec will obviously change as we try and test the features to see what works best. Please consider the additional time it will take to get an acceptable layout, graphic design, functionality etc when quoting your price. Please also take a look at monster.co.uk and other good job sites for the features they have. forums, career advice etc. Please do not submit some ready made basic job board script. We already have one that performs the basic functions and a little more. We are looking for a complete revamp, some really clever smart interface, well designed. Think Web2.0 Ajax!! For example, on monster, the way you can select occupation and location from the combo boxs, and expand to select multiple. Nice!! these small touches make a real difference.
