Thanks for reviewing my project.

I need someone to help me make some simple online calulator and/or forms that I can use in my HTML websites.

I need a 2 forms/calculators:



1. BMI Calculator

EXAMPLE HERE:

FUNCTION:
User types in their weight and height. Then the calculator gives them the BMI.

FORMULA FOR CALCULATION:

2. Ideal Weight Calculator

FUNCTION:
User selects his gender(male or female) and his heights. Then the calculator gives him his ideal weight.

FORMULA:
http://www.nafwa.org/hamwi.php (You can see one for men and one for woman)

That's it for now, I will give the person in charge of this a simple HTML template where we will use the forms, or you can give us the functionality and we will take care of the rest.

I would like to pay with PayPal or GAF, and my budget for this is $25-30. I will like to work with someone that I can rely on that will do a quality job and knows how to work in HTML/CSS to make sure the calculators look good in the final HTML template. I will provide this to the selected provider
