MULTI-LANGUAGE WEBSITE PROGRAMMING USING UTF-8/PHP 5/MYSQL

Target Price: $400 USD

Programmer needed to take existing website built in PHP and make the website multilingual (UTF-8) including English, Japanese, German, Spanish and Traditional Chinese.

WHAT I WILL PROVIDE YOU:
1. A rough relational database schema and data
2. Access to the server

WHAT THE PROVIDER WILL DO:

1. Review the proposed database schema and propose changes. The proposed database design currently has up to 12 tables including Regions, Countries, Languages, Catalog, Products, Product Types, Price Groups, Prices, Checkout Options, Availability Codes, Static Pages and potential a few more.
2. Create database and tables in MySQL
3. Modify existing static PHP pages to retrieve data from the database as well as incorporate logic as needed.
4. Test and fix
5. Write a PHP Mod Rewrite to make new URLs SEO friendly

Timeline Required:
1. Completed Rough Project - Maximum 10 calendar days
2. Round #1 of Changes/Updates- Max 3 calendar days after feedback/review
3. Round #2 of Changes/Updates - Max 3 calendar days after feedback/review

Payment Terms (Unless agreed otherwise):
1. Provider will complete project on their own development server (ours is also available) for review and completion
3. When complete to buyer's satisfaction buyer will place all funds in escrow and release all funds after provider completes installation and testing on buyer's servers.

The objective is to manage the website accommodate multiple languages and currencies including Japanese, Chinese, English, German and Spanish.
