I need a template very similar to this:

Here details of work that i need:
1) we don't use right column to leave more space to product descriptions and photos
2) the list of categories must be not horizontal, but vertically and on the left side and ordered alfabetically,
then subcategories will be showed in similar submenu to the demo
3) the dimension of fonts of categories must be a bit more little of showed demo
4) no polls
5) I need newsletter subrscription box in any page, at the bottom of categories list (or in up part if you find a nice space)
6) this website, will be only in italian language
7) I install and upgrade this website with siplescripts.com from bluehost.com hosting
and I need a theme that don't have problems with next upgrades of magentocommerce
8) In the horizontal space of left from categories moved vertically,
you have to put these voices links: FAQ, Chi siamo, Condizioni di vensdita, Diritto di recesso, Contattaci
(linking to pages administered with CMS of magento)
9) I done logo by myself, when starting work I'll send it to you (actually it is about 460x60 pixel)
10) I want an home page like this: http://demo.ecommerce-extensions.com/superclean
without the right vertical menu and with categories on the left and newsletter on the bottom

IMPORTANT NOTE:
many developers say that this SUPER CLEAN theme is vey similar to the free MODERN THEME:
http://www.magentocommerce.com/extension/146/modern-theme-for-magento-frontend-interface
So i think you could start from here to do this work more quickly

some questions:

how to correct this error? (I see this line in any page of my admin area)

when i add a product i receive about a dozen times this error line:

what about affilaition systems for magento? I don't see this in it by default, do you know if there are some addons or you have some ideas about it?
