Description

Looking for live support web application that communicates with a jabber server/gmail account depending on the on-line status. When user is off-line an form must be shown where the visitor of the website can leave a question. User interface is skin able and is multilingual. A nice web2.0 look is preferable. A developer with fresh ideas is always welcome!
