I have a directory webiste.

I am looking to have a clone of the the form on yelp.com (See Here:http://www.yelp.com/biz_attribute?biz_id=V6japeCwk-4-0c4urfl4NA)
where users can submit updated company information.

I need the exact clone of this page even with the drop downs for categories.

The directory has an advanced admin back end that can specify what fields are allowed for what type of memberships.

We will need an admin page also that lets users specify what fields can be shown on the Listingupdate page.

Also admin should be able to lock some fields similar to the link above aginst editing.




Updated company information will go into a tempcompany table.

In the admin section:
1- admin will be able to see the old and new information side by side.
2-After comparing: admin can approve deny updates. If approved will overwrite company table and deletes temp table. If deny it will delete the content from the tempcompany.

Important:
1-Need a clean commented code easy to install.
2-You will be working on a test site and should be easy to install on live site.
3-Category selection should work like on yelp.
4-Updates can only be submited for companies submited under the free category.

I will provide the script you will need to install on LOCALHOST if you complete I can test by logging remotely to your pc. Any Ideas are welcome.
