Description:	I need 40 to 50 layout templates for various size postcards, sheets and brochures. The information on each template will include the trim size, .125 all around the outside of the trim for bleed, and the live copy area .25 inside the trim. For brochures and products with fold or die cut, the fold and cut positions must be indicated. All sizes must be in US standard inches. Attached is a sample template with copy information included. These templates MUST be high res and downloadable from our web site. I would like them to be in folders as jpegs, pdf, eps. and psd formats. Upon final approval, we would like a webpage created using our design (supplied) where they can be downloaded by customers and will be operational.
