LAMP/CSS/Jquery/JavaScript/Ajax Guru - Ongoing

We are looking for a coder for We use our own proprietary CRM to manage projects and you will be assigned a login with a project manager and you will do work in our dev environment on projects.

IMPORTANT! Please only bid if you can jump on board as of 7/27

This position is for a 25-35 hour work week long term coder proficient in all LAMP, CSS JavaScript technologies and preferably experience with Ajax and jQuery.

I do NOT want to work with a company - single individual, freelancers only.

I need someone that the project manager can contact via phone,im,email and talk about what needs to be done.

Here are the requirements, NO exceptions. Please dont bid if you dont meet any of these:

- Must be proficient in English and writing and articulate. Able to communicate with my clients on issues - either by email/web or by -phone-. Again, you must be able to talk to my clients by phone or on a very clear, reliable skype connection Its rare - but it will happen once a month or so.
- Must have enough experience in CSS for basic styling of any/all UI for your coding.. No html tags for styling. You should be able to layout a page in 100% CSS without using a table. You dont need to have any graphics design experience . I just need to know you can mark up content to look professional.
- Must be proficient in PHP 5
- Must have experience in OOP practices.
- Must be proficient in MySQL
- Must have jQuery experience
- Must be proficient in JavaScript
- Must have experience working with APIs (any)
- Excellent documenting of code and code structure.

Other Requirements:
- Due to the fact you will be working on many continual projects, send invoices for all work on 1st and 15th monthly - payable within 7 days of receipt.
- Report to project manager daily. There needs to be a 'checkin' for the days work and priorities.
- Provide verbose reporting of updates on tasks once daily.
- You will need to have at lease some window to be available from approx 8AM-12PM PST Monday-Friday, to go over projects with the project manager, discuss tasks, etc.

Heres what would be a PLUS but is not required. Please mention your experience if you have these:

- Experience in MVC setup
- Experience in Smarty
- Experience using Subversion (this will be required for all work)
- Experience in cXML, XML, etc.
