Description

10-15 page website built with Joomla! The front page will have a flash component with rotating images that we want to load dynamically from a file so they are easy to change. There will also be an interactive map that will pop up information when the visitor hovers over a location. This will be built with either flash or javascript.

We require a tableless design using XHTML + CSS. Code must validate according to W3C and must be search engine friendly. Please provide references as we will check them in our evaluation process to choose a winning bidder.
