Description:	Are you proficient with Photoshop, javascript, CSS, php, and Joomla! customization including the creation of custom Joomla templates and custom modules? If yes, then we welcome your bid. If not, this project is not for you. :) Can you commit to a date and deliver when you say you will, regardless of local holidays, cultural observances or personal priorities? If yes, then we welcome your bid. If not, this project is not for you. :) Can you commit to providing an email update at least once a day, regardless of progress made? (This should be easy!) If yes, then we welcome your bid. If not, this project is not for you. :) Lastly, are you an obsessive/compulsive perfectionist? Great! You may be qualified for this project! :) In brief, we need: - A PSD file to be converted to a Joomla Template - Template will have 5 color schemes (we will provide a PSD for each) - Several Custom Modules (detailed in the Project_Specification.pdf) - Recommendations/Installation of Joomla Components and modules - Some graphic design and layout assistance for the sub pages - Joomla installation our server and build out of the website (~20 pages) - Search Engine Friendly page names We will supply the PSD, Copy, and Content. A very detailed specification is available in the Project_Specification.pdf attached below. It is long so that you can see exactly what is expected. No surprises. If you are interested in a project, then please invest the time to read the specification. I realize that may be a one hour time commitment, but how else will you know how much to bid? It would be better to know ahead of time what you are committing to and make an appropriate bid, if you are qualified to meet the specification. We are willing to place payment into GAF Escrow once full functionality of the deliverable is demonstrated on your server. And we will release that payment once the deliverable is installed and fully functional on our server. If you don't like these terms, then please don't bid. We can't afford another bad experience. Of course, we would like the project to be completed as soon as possible. However, YOU tell us how much time you need. Be honest. Give yourself plenty of time and then please keep your commitment. Of course I would encourage you to provide portfolio evidence of your qualifications for the kind of skills this project requires. Please note that this project has been revised and relisted because the previous provider was unable to deliver in a timely manner. This was partially my fault for constraining the bid range, which limited the talent pool. Now there is no limit. You tell me how much time and money it will take. These were written in some haste and frustration since this is the THIRD time we are listing this project (the prior two Providers could not deliver). Let me revise my terms and say we are willing to make payments at mutually agreed upon milestones. For instance, once you convert the PSD to compliant html, we could pay a certain amount. Once each module is developed and demonstrated, we could pay an amount. So propose in your PM a Plan and schedule for project completion and payment.
