Description

Looking for a programmer experienced in programming and modifying Joomla extensions to work on a pilot project using BreezingForms 1.7.0 component from http://www.crosstec.de/ on Joomla 1.5.14 version. HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Javascript expertise is a must for modifying the screen. This is a low-budget, small project but will definitely lead to more assignments. I want to develop a business association with a person with Joomla expertise with an eye towards developing SMS and iPhone applications.
Note: I will consider alternative to my preferred BreezingForms component.

Brief project summary (similar to Job Application Demo on BreezingForms website):
1. Only registered users can enter/modify data on a multi-page, 4-page form each page with 8 fields with appropriate formatting, validation, error message, tool-tip. Certain fields are dependent on entries of previous fields e.g., ‘City’ field will be dependent on data entered in ‘State’ field.
2. Each page has Next, Previous, Cancel, Save navigation buttons
3. Last page has SUBMIT button. User is displayed the new entries and a confirmation is obtained (Are you sure? type confirmation) before the form is processed at the back-end.
4. When a form is submitted, the data is validated, sent as an email to pre-defined addresses and saved in custom database tables. Coding for security, spam protection is extremely important.
5. On the front-end, the user is displayed a ‘thank you’ message and a button allows the user to generate a ‘PDF’ file from the saved form-entries which can be displayed or printed. Perhaps a module or plugin is required for this feature.

I will provide the workflow for user interaction but it is similar to the usual registration for students or banking customers.
