Description

I have a joomla 1.5.8 install that needs a 6 page form, with conditional elements outlined in the uploaded word doc. The conditionals basically consist of something similar to "If the user selects A, then question 2 pops up. If user selects B, then they continue through the form with no pop-up." etc. Instead of popups, I'd prefer a sliding div that reveals the conditional proporties specified in the word doc. I suggest the use of Breezing Forms found here

If you are more familiar with another component and can get the job done with it, I have no problems with doing so. I don't want the form to exist outside of the Joomla architecture, so you can't just write the script, unless I can click on components in the backend and make changes to your script as I would any other component.

I would like this done before the weekend, and today is Thursday. Please don't respond if you can't get it done by or before tomorrow. I would like to choose a winner today and build a long term relationship with that provider. If you bid, and I choose you and you can't get it done in the specified time, I will rate you a 1. This is a feel out project, as I have many larger projects after this one. Put your best foot forward.
