Description

This project involves a registration form where a user can pick from a list of communities using a SELECT box.

There is also a "how did you hear about us" field which had options like "TV", "Radio", "Newspaper", etc.

****The project is to use Javascript to dynamically swap the list of "How did you hear about us" options based on the selected community.****

You must first get the appropriate communities from the database using PHP and create a separate list for each. The options are stored in MySQL where a single option (like "TV") can be linked to one or more community IDs.
